Graphite oxide is used as a starting material, obtained with a modified Hummers’ method to fabricate the Graphene Oxide and reduced Graphene Oxide. Typically, GO suspension is obtained by exfoliating graphite oxide in a selected solution. Chemical or Thermal reduction process can be used as desired to obtain high-quality, reduced graphene oxide.
